Vessel last out of the water and fully blacked in April 2015, & Full anode set fitted. Ultrasonic hull thickness schedule was also carried out at the time and is available for reading. This highlights no issues with hull thickness.
From the trad stern first you enter the engine room. The Engine is boxed in to reduce noise and this doubles as a step down into the cabin. Also in the engine room there is good access under the stern deck to the weed hatch.
She is fitted with a Beta marine 17Hp water cooled engine which has been fully serviced by her current owner who has worked in the marine trade for a number of years. The engine alternator has an additional external regulator fitted to increase the charge potential for charging the domestic and start battery bank.
240v system fitted in the vessel both from shore line connection and inverter power. The Inverter is a Victron 2.5KW. There is also a Victron 30 amp battery charger fitted.
The 12volt system runs all pumps, lights etc and the start and charge circuits
Heating and hot water:
Central heating provided from a compact Hurrican diesel boiler situated in engine room. This aslo produces the hot water by means of a calorifier.
There is also general space in the engine room for the hanging of coats and wet weather gear.
Moving forward into the the bedroom there is a fixed double bed in its own cabin with lots of decent storage under,
The bathroom is next along the craft and offset to port with an opening door inwards. Inside is a shower with shower tray, wash basin and porta- potti toilet with spare cassette provided. Between the Bathroom and Galley is a useful mirrored corner cupboard.
The galley is of walk through design with the wash basin and drainer to Port and a 4 burner vanette Hob with Oven and grill under to Starboard. Next to the cooker is a 12volt LEC fridge.
The lounge area is open plan with no fixed seating. This would be ideal for either a couple of reclining chairs or some fixed seating building in that could convert to additional bunks or a double bed. There are also two radiators and a tall storage cupboard located towards the bow.
The paint work is in a fair condition and the boat was last out of the water in April 2015 when it had 3 coats of blacking, new anodes and a hull condition report (available for viewing) There is external seating in the small well area at the front of the boat.
