DILL

Overview

Dill is a traditional styled, 48ft narrowboat, built by GT Boatbuilders and fitted out by Nimbus Narrowboats in 1997. She is of conventional layout with the living accommodation at the bow, then galley, walkthrough bathroom and bedroom to stern. There is a small engine room/steering position at the very stern where the Beta 1505 engine is boxed away beneath the steerers feet. This area is useful; for hanging coats, storing boots and various navigation equipment securely.

Dill has just benefitted from a new set of engine mounts and drive plate as well as a full engine service prior to going up for sale.

Dill is economical with running costs and easy to handle due to her length, yet still boasts a fixed double bed and separate living space.
